The low temperature valve is installed at normal temperature and works at low temperature, with a wide range of temperature variation. If the design and installation are not appropriate, it is easy to generate thermal stress or deformation. Meanwhile, the operation part of the valve is at normal temperature, and the circulation part is at low temperature. In order to reduce the cold loss, the stem is often made very long, which is easy to produce deformation and get stuck. Low temperature valve often rotates flexibly at normal temperature, but it is tight at low temperature, even can't be opened. To eliminate the vibration of the compressor, we generally start from the following ways: 1. The static balance and dynamic balance of moving parts should be corrected, otherwise it will cause congenital vibration factors. 2. The concentricity of compressor, motor or diesel engine should be correct. 3. The foundation of compressor should be constructed in strict accordance with the design drawings. No rigid connection is allowed between the foundation and any structure of the building. 4. Because of the vibration caused by airflow pulsation, the accessory equipment and pipeline must have firm support and be fastened with it. The cantilever frame should be reinforced support and plugged tightly with padding iron. 5. The tightening force of the anchor screw of the machine should be consistent; 6. The rack (engine base) should have enough stiffness.
