How to prevent the cylinder burning accident of high pressure oxygen press?

High pressure for bottle fillingOxygen compressorHigh working pressure, improper operation and management will easily lead to cylinder burning accident. In order to prevent such accidents from happening, the following matters should be paid attention to when using and maintaining:
1) for the parts, maintenance tools and the hands of the maintenance personnel of the oxygen presser, they must be strictly skim and cleaned, and at last, they should be thoroughly cleaned with clean carbon tetrachluene. When pulling out the piston for overhaul, special attention should be paid to clear the oil stain at the bottom of the piston rod in case of stain the seal. When the sealer and oil scraper are worn, they should be replaced in time to prevent oil;
2) the distilled water used for lubrication must not be interrupted. Distilled water tank should be more than 2 m higher than cylinder head, and water level gauge and dripping device should be easy to monitor. The amount of distilled water is about 1 OKG per hour for type 2-1.67/150 oxygen compressor; about 15kg per hour for type 2-2.833/150 oxygen compressor. Repair the first and second level seal timely when it is found leaking, and replace the piston ring timely if it is stuck. To ensure that distilled water is normally and continuously brought into the third-level cylinder;
3) the center of the piston must be corrected strictly to prevent the phenomenon of grinding deviation and cylinder wiping. When the compression ratio is found to be abnormal, the fault should be eliminated timely;
4) often pay attention to the temperature of cooling water during operation, and the drainage temperature should not be more than 45℃;
5) the parts contacting with oxygen cannot be made of carbon steel. Do not change the materials specified in the drawings such as the packing seal, gasket, etc. arbitrarily. Pipeline should be clean, welding slag and sundries should be removed;
6) strengthen monitoring and management. When the pressure is abnormal, the exhaust temperature rises and the sound is abnormal, stop the car and check it timely.
