On July 15, R&D teams from Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University, and DEAR Air Separation's Beijing R&D Center gathered at the DEAR Air Separation Industrial Park for an in-depth technical symposium on intelligent Air Separation solutions. Integrated with the "Blue Shore Intelligent Operation System," it assists technicians in swiftly and accurately resolving operational challenges while providing real-time guidance.
Expanded Key Parameter Library for Oxygen Production & Energy Efficiency:
DEAR Air Separation has identified over 1,000 critical parameters linking oxygen output and unit energy consumption. These enable smarter, more energy-efficient equipment optimization post-intelligent retrofits, offering precise algorithmic foundations for automated control.
AIPC System's Intelligent Load-Adjustment Technology Upgraded:
Faster response: Model and data leap iterations now enable near-"second-level" load adjustment speeds.
Higher precision: 24/7 intelligent load modulation significantly improves enterprise energy consumption management.
