At the beginning of the new year, good news arrives. DEAR Air Separation has secured the first order after the Spring Festival in the Year of the Horse by officially signing a cooperation agreement with Henan Jinma Energy Co., Ltd. for the intelligent energy-saving renovation of air separation equipment. This marks the first breakthrough in using the Energy Management Contract (EMC) model for the intelligent energy-saving renovation of existing air separation equipment in the coking/chemical industry, opening a new chapter in the company's transformation and development.
During the Spring Festival, Wu Di, the Managing Director of DEAR Air Separation, and Liu Zhiyuan, the General Manager of the Kaifeng Branch, led a team to tackle key challenges. With their advanced technological capabilities, they won high recognition from Jinma Energy. The project adopts the EMC model and relies on the "Intelligent + Energy-saving" Blue Shore system to create a customized integrated solution. From a technical perspective, by deploying the Blue Shore Intelligent and Digital Operation and Maintenance System (AIPC), the overall self-adaptive optimization of the equipment is achieved. Coupled with equipment upgrades such as high-efficiency molecular sieves and new-generation centrifuges, as well as the optimization of the distillation system, it is expected to increase the operational stability rate by 20%, tap into deep energy savings of approximately 18%, and generate annual energy-saving benefits of nearly ten million yuan.
At the signing ceremony, General Manager Wu Di stated that this cooperation is an important validation of DEAR Air Separation's integrated strategy of "Digital and Intelligent Air Separation + Renovation." The company will provide full-cycle operation services centered around the Blue Shore system to ensure that the energy-saving effects are quantifiable and traceable. The relevant person in charge at Jinma Energy said that DEAR Air Separation's EMC model directly addresses the pain point of high equipment operating costs. With its innovative mechanism of "zero risk, shared benefits," it not only helps the company achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement but also aligns with the green and intelligent upgrade requirements under the "dual carbon" goals. As a leading coking enterprise in the region, the implementation of the Jinma Energy project holds significant demonstration value. It will assist DEAR Air Separation in expanding into similar markets such as steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, and petrochemicals, while also validating the feasibility of the company's transformation from an equipment manufacturer to a "technology + service" solution provider.
