Out of the molecular sieve purifier after the air moisture and carbon dioxide content exceeds the standard judgement, usually the following methods:
1)The indication value of the moisture and carbon dioxide detection meter located after the molecular sieve adsorber rises quickly at the end of the cycle and reaches the alarm value quickly;
2) There is freezing of moisture and carbon dioxide in the main heat exchanger. The temperature difference at the hot end increased significantly, and the air separation unit was not cool enough, requiring an increase in the amount of expansion air. Pay special attention to this situation when the moisture and carbon dioxide detection instruments are out of order.
There may be the following reasons for this situation:
1)The molecular sieve has been used for a long time, and the adsorption performance has decreased;
2)Incomplete regeneration of molecular sieve, or steam regeneration heater leakage, regeneration gas moisture; or molecular sieve adsorption of moisture load is too large, affecting the adsorption of carbon dioxide;
3) For horizontal molecular sieve adsorber, due to airflow pulsation and other reasons caused by the bed undulation, short-circuit airflow;
4) For vertical molecular sieve adsorber, short-circuiting of airflow is caused by gaps in the adsorption bed.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...
