Overloading of air separation equipment during operation means that the load of the equipment exceeds its rated load, resulting in unstable behaviour of the equipment, such as noise, vibration and excessive heat. Overload may be caused by bottlenecks in the production process, overloading of production capacity or operational errors. Solutions: Check the air pressure, flow rate and temperature parameters of the equipment and make sure they are within the normal range; ensure that the operating conditions and ambient temperature of the equipment are suitable; limit the load of the equipment to avoid overloading.
The reasons why the main cooling liquid level is not high may include incomplete loss of heat exchange in the main heat exchanger, low efficiency of the expander with small temperature difference, high temperature of air into the main heat exchanger, and leakage of the equipment. Solution: Reasonable distribution of cold, if the heat exchanger is blocked, it should be comprehensively heated and blown out; check the expander and deal with it; check the air-cooling system and molecular sieve adsorber and deal with it; check the cold-retaining materials, check the leakage and deal with it; and reduce the amount of liquid taken out.
