Checking whether the cooling water circulation is fully connected is an important step to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Observe the operation status of the cooling water system and check that the water level in the tank is normal, with no leakage or abnormal drop. Observe the water flow, observe the flow of cooling water through the transparent pipe or observation window. Check the pipeline connection, check all the interfaces of the cooling water pipeline one by one, no leakage or looseness at the interfaces; check that the mounting bracket of the pipeline bracket is stable and no looseness. Check the status of the valves, check whether all the valves in the cooling water system (e.g. globe valves, regulating valves, check valves, etc.) are in the correct working condition. Detect cooling water flow and pressure, install flow meters and pressure gauges and compare design parameters. Check the quality of cooling water and regularly test the water quality: regularly take samples to test the water quality of cooling water, including PH value, turbidity, hardness, chlorine ion content and other indicators. Cleaning and replacing the cooling water, according to the water quality test results, timely cleaning of the cooling system and replacement of new cooling water. Replacement of new cooling water can avoid the deterioration of water quality damage to the system.
Comprehensive inspection and commissioning, comprehensive inspection, based on the completion of the above checks, a comprehensive inspection of the cooling water system. Ensure that the cooling water system can operate normally.

Special pressure-bearing equipment generally bears internal pressure, that will cause tensile stress inside the shell, which is called working stress. The working stress is directly proportional to the pressure and diameter, and inversely proportional to the vessel wall thickness. The axial stress is half of the circumferential stress. Therefore, for cylindrical vessels, the stress of longitudinal weld is twice that of girth weld. Because the geometric shape of the spherical shell is symmetrical to the spherical center, and the axial stress is equal to the circumferential stress in numerical value. Therefore, the wall thickness of the spherical vessel can be reduced by half as much as that of the cylindrical vessel under the same pressure and diameter.
