When the air separation equipment of the molecular sieve adsorption purification process resumes power supply after a power outage, the operation should follow the following steps:
1) Make judgments on the potential impact on mechanical equipment such as air compressors in the event of a sudden power outage. If there is no impact, prepare for the start of the air compressor according to the operating procedures of the air compressor;
2) Check and confirm the opening and closing status of equipment valves for chain shutdown;
3) Check and confirm the alarm interlocking items of the air separation device. Recalibrate and confirm the chain control that fails during power outage;
4) Start the air compressor and air pre cooling system according to regulations;
5) Start the molecular sieve adsorber according to the regulations. Continue to complete the pre shutdown procedure. If the shutdown time is long (more than 24 hours), the molecular sieve adsorber should be recycled for one cycle;
6) Based on the length of downtime, the cold end temperature of the main heat exchanger, and the main cold liquid level, determine the starting steps of the air separation equipment according to regulations.
