Before starting, the following preparations should be made:
1) Check whether the unit has the starting condition (including the reason of last stop and the condition of overhaul; check whether there are obstacles around the unit; whether the starting tools, listening needles, recording tables and so on are ready );
2) Check whether the motor, electric, instrument and lighting signal are normal, especially whether the accident chain system can operate correctly (including water cut-off, low oil pressure, axial displacement, etc );
3) whether the oil supply lubrication system is normal or not (whether there is water in the oil level and bottom of the oil tank, and whether the auxiliary oil pump and oil circuit are normal or not );
4) conditions of cooling system and cooling water (including whether the cooler valve is flexible, water supply pressure and water volume, etc );
5) VariousValveWhether it is flexible and easy to use, whether it can be closed or opened as required;
6) turn the wheel before starting, check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether the shaft position indicator is changed.
Pay attention to the following items after starting:
1) whether there is abnormal sound in each part of the unit and whether the vibration exceeds the allowable value;
2) check the oil temperature rising speed of each bearing. If the temperature of the bearing rises too fast, it should be stopped immediately when it approaches the highest allowable value. Meanwhile, pay attention to the outlet temperature of the oil cooler, if it rises to the allowable range of 35 ~ 40℃, the oil heating system should be cut off, and slowly open the oil cooler water inlet valve;
3) adjust the inlet water volume of each cooler to make the medium temperature behind the cooler not exceed the allowable value.
4) adjust according to the operation requirements of air separationCompressorDischarge pressure;
5) inExpanderAfter starting, closely observe the changes of discharge pressure and inlet flow of compressor to prevent the unit from surge.
