There are three types of common failures in the use of air compressor: oil leakage failure, overheating failure and abnormal sound failure, which are analyzed and solved by classification below.
Failure phenomenon: in the daily operation of the air compressor, the oil leakage phenomenon of the air compressor often occurs, and lubricating oil overflows outside.
Cause of failure:
1. Oil seal falls off or oil seal defects leak oil.
2. The loose and open main shaft causes oil seal leakage.
3. The joint surface leaks, and the inlet and return oil pipe joints are loose.
4. If the belt is installed too tightly, the bearing bush will be worn.
5. Casting or processing defects can also cause oil leakage of the air compressor.
Exclusion method:
1. When the air compressor leaks oil, pay attention to observing the oil seal position, and check whether the oil seal is cracked, and whether the inner lip is cracked or flanged. One of the above situations should be replaced; valve imported pump industrial washing machine
2. Check whether there are scratches and defects on the joint surface of Oil Seal and main axis, and replace those with scratches and defects.
3. Check whether the oil return is smooth or not. If the oil return is not smooth and the pressure of the crank box is too high, the oil seal will leak or fall off. The minimum diameter of the oil return pipe must be guaranteed, and it will not be twisted or bent and the oil return will be smooth.
4. Check the matching size of the oil seal and the box, and replace those that do not meet the standard.
5. Move the main axle hard to check whether the neck clearance is too large. If the clearance is too large, the bearing bush and oil seal should be replaced at the same time.
6. Check the sealing condition of each joint sealing pad, repair or replace the sealing pad; check the Bolt of the oil Inlet and return joint and the screw thread of the box and tighten it.
7. Check the oil leakage of the air compressor and readjust the tightness of the belt. Press 10mm with your thumb.
8. If the air compressor leaks oil, it is necessary to check the defects existing in the casting or processing of the box body, and repair or replace the defective parts.
