Copper pipes are divided into copper pipes and brass pipes:

The materials used in the manufacture of red copper tubes are T2, T3, T4 and TUP, with a high copper content, accounting for more than 99.7%; The brass tubes are made of H62, H68 and other materials, which are all zinc and copper alloys. For example, H62 brass tubes are made of 60.5% ~ 63.5% copper, 39.6% zinc and less than 0.5% other impurities.

The manufacturing methods of copper tubes are divided into drawing and extrusion:

Outer diameter of drawn copper pipe is φ 3~ φ 200mm, outer diameter of extruded copper pipe is φ 32~ φ 280mm, wall thickness 1.5~5mm; The specification range of copper plate roll welding copper pipe is the outer diameter φ 155~ φ 505mm, and there are two modes of supply: single and coiled.

The applicable working temperature of copper pipe is below 250 ℃, which is mainly used for oil pipeline, heat preservation tracing pipe and air separation oxygen pipeline.

During the nearly 20 years of operation, DEAR Air Separation Plant is committed to providing high-quality complete sets of air separation equipment for customers at home and abroad, as well as various types of spare parts for air separation. The manufacturing pipeline of Deer air separation plant is produced independently, the requirements of process technical specifications are strictly implemented, the application of air separation plant is met with high quality, and the design, installation and safe operation of equipment are guaranteed.

In the process of operation, especially in the start-up and shutdown of the air separation unit, one-way force should be avoided on the instrument. During the start-up of the equipment, close the high pressure and low pressure valves firstly, then open the balance valve, and then slowly open the high pressure (or low pressure) valve, so that the measured medium can enter the positive (negative) pressure chamber of the transmitter. If the liquid is to be measured, the gas in the positive (negative) pressure chamber should be discharged from the upper vent. If the gas is measured, drain the liquid accumulated in the positive (negative) pressure chamber from the lower drain screw hole. After discharging the gas (liquid), close the balance valve, and then open the valve on the other side. When the equipment is shut down, the high pressure (or low pressure) valve should be closed first, then the balance valve should be opened, and then the valve should be closed on the other side.
