Differential pressure gauges are set on the upper column, lower column, crude argon column and pure argon column of the air separation unit to measure the resistance of each column in the rectification process. The resistance value measured after the unit is started for the first time and adjusted to normal shall be used as the operation basis of the unit. When the resistance decreases, it indicates that there is liquid leakage, or the liquid level on the tray is too low, or the processing gas volume is insufficient (decreased). At this time, the reason must be found out. When the resistance increases, it is usually caused by the blockage of the tray. This situation can be eliminated only by heating the rectification column; If it is caused by load, the air intake and oxygen production shall be analyzed and adjusted according to the actual situation.
When the liquid level at the bottom of the rectification column rises too high, resulting in the submergence of the bottom tray, the column will be flooded. At this time, the resistance in the column will increase significantly, and it should be adjusted again after the liquid is discharged.
DEAR air separation has rich experience in project management, engineering design, procurement and infrastructure supporting services in the air separation industry, and is committed to providing customers with complete and efficient infrastructure supporting solutions to meet their needs. In the process of equipment manufacturing and installation, there are detailed management and operation requirements for each subdivisional equipment to ensure the high-quality operation of the equipment.
