Blowing and brushing is to remove the remaining water, impurities and dust in the pipe. The normal temperature dry air from the molecular sieve purification system is used for blowing and brushing. In the process of blowing, the amount of each blowing air shall be checked and adjusted frequently to ensure that all pipelines should be blown. It can be divided into regions and segments, and carried out step by step according to the pressure, and from the inside to the outside according to the process flow.
Precautions: when purging the air pressure, the high-pressure system should be kept at 3.0 ~ 3.5Mpa, the medium pressure system should be kept at 0.25 ~ 0.4MPa, and the low-pressure system should be kept at 0.04 ~ 0.05Mpa. Overpressure purging is not allowed. When the pressure is insufficient, equipment and pipeline should be purged one by one after boosting. In order to prevent impurities in the pipeline outside the tower from being brought into the fractionator, the air outside the tower, waste nitrogen pipeline and pressurized gas pipeline should be purged first, and then the equipment pipeline inside the tower should be purged after being purged and connected with the cold box pipeline. The inlet and outlet ends of the booster turbine expander and the inlet and outlet ends of the process liquid argon pump, the medium pressure liquid argon pump and the medium pressure liquid oxygen pump shall be disconnected and blocked with blind plates during the blowing stage, and shall not be removed until the blowing is completed. During purging, remove all flow orifice plates for metering, and install all orifice plates after purging. For the pressurized end of the pressurized air, a pipeline shall be temporarily connected to the site to boost the pressure, and the pipeline shall be removed after purging. At the same time, pay attention to whether each valve can be opened flexibly and smoothly during purging, and deal with problems in time if found. At the later stage of purging, remove all gauge pipe valves and safety valves for purging. After purging, put all valves in the fully closed state.
