Small air separation unit assembly gauge tube should meet the following requirements: gauge tube should be degreased, and it is appropriate not to test pressure after assembly; gas gauge tube (such as pressure gauge tube) should not be in contact with cold equipment or cold tube, the distance should not be less than 2000 mm; liquid level gauge tube of the upper valve tube should be made from the container for 1/10. slope upward sloping to the valve, the lower valve tube from the container in the horizontal lead, in close to the wall of the cold box about 300 The lower valve pipe is led from the container horizontally and is bent into an omega shape to the valve within about 300 mm of the wall of the cooler (hot zone part).

 

The small air separation unit should meet the following requirements: the welding seam on the outer surface should be continuously welded and should not leak; the non-lead dip should not exceed 2/1000; the flange of the vertical liquefied gas pump should not exceed 1/1000 in its plane.
