Pressure maintaining test:
1) Open the end valves of all gas lines.
2) Close the end valve of the gas pipeline to be tested.
3) Charge the gas pipeline to be tested with N2 to a certain pressure, observe for five minutes, and observe whether the pressure gauge drops.
4) If the pressure gauge does not drop, it means that the pipeline connection is correct. If there is no drop, open the end valve of the gas pipeline to be tested to judge whether the pressure gauge will drop to zero. If it drops to zero, it means that the pressure gauge is OK.
Pipeline pressure test and air tightness test:
1) Use 0.1 μ Pressure test the nitrogen filtered by M filter.
2) The design values of the required pressure and pressurization time during pressure test shall be based on the design conditions.
3) After the pipeline is filled with gas at the specified pressure, check all connected and welded parts, detect the leakage with leakage liquid, maintain a certain pressure in the pipe and make records.
4) Record any anomalies found.
5) Record the relevant data read by the pressure gauge in use.
6) After completing the pressure test, start the air tightness test.
