The air separation unit assembly meter tube shall meet the following requirements:
1、 The gauge pipe shall be degreased and shall not be assembled after pressure test;
2、 The gas meter pipe (such as pressure gauge pipe) shall not contact with the cold equipment or cold pipe, and the spacing shall not be less than 2000mm;
3、 The upper valve pipe of the liquid level gauge pipe should be 1 / 10 from the container. The slope is inclined upward and leads to the valve obliquely. The lower valve pipe is led out horizontally from the container and bent into an Ω shape within about 300mm near the cold insulation box wall (hot zone part) to the valve.
The cold insulation box of air separation unit assembly shall meet the following requirements
1、 The welds on the outer surface shall be continuously welded without missing welding;
2、 The verticality shall not exceed 2 / 1000;
3、 The non levelness of the flange of the vertical liquefied gas pump shall not exceed 1 / 1000.
Regulations on strength test and air tightness test before air separation equipment is in place:
1、 The pressure equipment with strength test and qualification certificate made by the manufacturer may not be subject to strength test, but only air tightness test. However, if the equipment is found to have damage traces or has been partially modified on site or has been parked for too long, the strength test shall be conducted;
2、 Water pressure method shall be applied for strength test, and air pressure method shall be applied for equipment (distillation tower, plate fin heat exchanger, adsorption filter, etc.) that are not suitable for water as medium or with complex structure, but reliable safety measures must be taken and studied and decided by relevant departments;
3、 The pressure and pressure stop time of strength test and air tightness test shall comply with the provisions of design or equipment technical documents.
