Rotor burning is one of the common faults of screw compressor, which is generally caused by the foreign matter entering the compression medium system, or the high temperature of the suction medium, the rise of the compression ratio and other reasons; the temperature of the rotor cooling oil increases; the parts are not assembled well, and the shell is deformed, etc. If the rotor of screw compressor is burnt out, check the air system; clean the intercooler; check the cooling water quantity of cooler and water jacket; clean the oil cooler; clean and check the nozzle and channel of oil cooler.
