There are mainly the following factors that affect the output of oxygen:
1) insufficient processing air volume. Reasons for insufficient air capacity:
① The environment temperature is too high;
② The atmospheric pressure is too low;
③ The air suction filter is blocked;
④ If the voltage is too low or the grid frequency decreases, the rotating speed will decrease;
⑤ The cooling effect of intermediate cooler is not good;
⑥ Internal leakage exists between levels;
⑦ Air leakage of valve and pipeline, leakage of automatic valve or switch valve;
⑧ For the purification process of the molecular sieve, it may be the gas leakage of the butterfly valve switching.
2) the average purity of nitrogen is too low. The reasons are:
①Distillation columnReduction of board efficiency;
② Too much air expansion caused by too much cold loss;
③ The purity of liquid nitrogen is too low, and the amount of liquid nitrogen is too large;
④The amount of liquid nitrogen is too small;
⑤ Leakage of liquid air or liquid nitrogen supercooler;
⑥ The amount of nitrogen (or fraction) taken out is too large;
⑦ The opening degree of liquid air and liquid nitrogen regulating valve is improper, and the working condition of the lower tower is not well adjusted.
3) poor heat transfer of main cooling. The heat transfer surface of the main cooling is insufficient, or there are more non-condensing gases on the nitrogen side, which will affect the heat transfer of the main cooling and reduce the evaporation of liquid oxygen.
4) equipment resistance increases. Because the tower plate, liquid-air adsorber or supercooler is blocked, the opening of liquid-air and liquid-nitrogen throttle valve is too small or blocked, which will cause the pressure of the lower tower to rise and the air entering the tower to decrease. When the switching heat exchanger freezes, it will also cause the resistance of the system to increase and the air volume in the tower to decrease automatically.
5) oxygen pipelines and containers have leaks.
