On April 21, 2017, it was reported that on-site debugging personnel of DEAR air separation Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DEAR air separation") came from Myanmar that dierkun was supplied to KDON (Ar) in Myanmar) -1500/1500/40 the argon system of the air separation plant was successfully debugged once.
This is the first debugging of argon production system on the basis that the oxygen and nitrogen products reach the standard in the early stage. At present, the output of oxygen is 1600 cubic meters per hour, and the purity of O2 ≥ 99.75%; the output of nitrogen is 3700 cubic meters per hour, and the purity of O2 ≥ 3ppm; the converted gas state of liquid argon ≥ 45 cubic meters per hour, and the purity: o2 ≤1.5 ppm, N2 ≤3ppm, one start-up debugging is completed.
For the production of argon from small-sized air separation plant, the production of argon is also very small due to the small amount of processed air. Therefore, in the case of dozens of cubic meters of argon per hour, the volume of liquid is very small, so the requirements for argon column, valve, pipeline and heat exchange equipment are very strict, it has high technical content for small equipment to produce qualified argon. This set of equipment can produce qualified argon beyond the standard, which fully proves that the technology of argon production of DEAR air separation is in the leading level in China.
At the same time, the debugging personnel of DEAR air separation conducted technical training to the equipment operators of Burma, and successfully completed the smooth delivery of this set of equipment, which satisfied the users and got favorable comments from them.
