(1) temporary parking
If a machinery or equipment breaks down, or needs no oxygen or nitrogen temporarily, but needs to supply oxygen in recent hours immediately, it can be operated according to the method of temporary parking:
1) open the nitrogen vent valve, close the oxygen, nitrogen and distillation discharge valve, and then use the nitrogen vent valve to control the low pressure;
2) close the section-2 and Section-4 valves to maintain the medium pressure;
3) close the through-6 valve and cut off the power supply of the expansion machine;
4) close the section-1 valve and the high pressure air General inlet valve, maintain the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger, and then open the blow-off valve of the oil-water separator;
5) inform the operator of air compressor to stop the machine according to the normal order;
6) during the parking period, attention should be paid to: whenever there is pressure in the tower, there should be someone on duty, and the change of pressure in the tower should be paid attention to; if this method is adopted to produce oxygen continuously for a long time, the valve of the distillation column should be well sealed; pay attention to the analysis of acetylene and other hydrocarbon; strictly pay attention to the oil volume and quality of the air compressor. If oil stains are found in the distillation column, clean them timely; pay attention to the periodic heating and blowing off of the distillation column.
(2) emergency parking
In case of emergency power failure or equipment accident, emergency stop should be adopted, and the operation method is:
1) close the through-6 valve quickly, and cut off the power switch of the expansion machine;
2) close section-1 valve and high pressure air General inlet valve, Close Section-2, section-4 valve, close oxygen and nitrogen outlet valve and distillation discharge valve, then use nitrogen vent valve to maintain low pressure;
3) make preparations for the next step according to different situations, and start the car after the fault is handled. For the temporary parking and emergency parking of the small air separation plant in the new process, please refer to the Operation steps of question 575.
