What safety issues should be paid attention to in the low temperature liquid oxygen gasification filling system?

Liquid oxygen is a strong combustion-supporting substance, and the pressure is very high when the gasification bottle is filled, so special safety measures should be taken when the system is configured:
1) emergency cut-off valves should be installed respectively on the liquid inlet pipe and the air return pipe connected to the pump and the storage tank, and be locked with the pump so that when an accident occurs, it can cut off the liquid and air source in a long distance and stop the operation of the liquid pump urgently;
2) overpressure alarm and interlocking pump stop device should be set at the outlet of the liquid oxygen pump;
3) temperature indication and temperature alarm devices should be set on the main oxygen tube behind the high-pressure aerator to prevent liquid oxygen from entering the steel cylinder and causing accidents;
4) steel plates with a thickness of more than 5mm should be set around the liquid oxygen pump to form the protective separation wall;
5) in the shaft seal of the liquid oxygen pump, nitrogen protective air pipe should be set;
6) the new type of metal hose with anti-misalignment joint should be used for filling and filling, and other materials of hose are strictly prohibited. High pressure valve and pipeline should adopt 0-type sealing ring made of copper wire;
7) overpressure acousto-optic alarm device should be connected to the bus;
8) the filling quantity of confluence row is determined by the filling quantity and filling speed of the pump, and the flow rate should be prevented from being too high.
