How to fill the molecular sieve of the molecular sieve purifier?

Before filling the molecular sieve, check that the sieve bed can not leak the molecular sieve, otherwise it should be handled. Oil and other sundries are not allowed in the tank; people who take part in the filling are not allowed to wear working shoes with nails in order to avoid stepping on the sieve bed; people should wear clean work clothes without oil. Several standard height marks should be made in the middle part, first check the ring chamber, and fill the aluminum glue to reach the standard height, then fill the molecular sieve. Due to the large amount of molecular sieves, the secondary output of molecular sieves in different kilns is generally different. Therefore, the molecular sieves of the same batch of kilns should be evenly filled with two molecular sieves. After the filling is completed, use the flattening mechanism to flattening first, and check whether the filling of the molecular sieve reaches the standard height (the molecular sieve has been buried below in the ring room ). The molecular sieve shall be leveled again until the molecular sieve on the sieve bed is leveled and there is no concave-convex problem. After checking that there is no problem, it can be considered that the filling work is over.
For users with external activation conditions, follow the following steps:
1) first, completely activate the molecular sieve to be filled and wait to be filled;
2) dismantle the air inlet pipe and filter pipe on the top of the purifier which is ready to fill the molecular sieve;
3) load the activated molecular sieve into the container until it is filled, and note down the number of the molecular sieve filled. In order to fill dense, wooden hammer can be used to knock on the head of the barrel;
4) after the molecular sieve is installed, put it back to the pipeline, filter pipe and valve. And attention should be paid: the screws connecting the flange should be tightened evenly and symmetrically; the valve should be filled with stuffing after degreasing; the stuffing of nitrogen heating valve should also use high temperature resistant expansion graphite or asbestos wire.
For users who don't have the Activation condition outside the device, the powder can be sifted from the molecular sieve and directly put into the filling purifier. The filling steps and matters needing attention are the same as those of the above 2), 3) and 4, the difference is that the new molecular sieve can only be used after regeneration in the device.
