What safety issues should be paid attention to when using renewable electric heater?

As a kind of electrical equipment, electric heater should pay attention to personal safety and equipment safety when operating. Specifically:
1) operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures. When heating, the gas should be ventilated first and then electrified, and pay close attention to whether the gas flow is normal or not. When heating is stopped, the power should be cut off first and then the gas should be cut off. Power supply is strictly prohibited under the condition of no ventilation or low air volume.
In addition, it should be operated cautiously to prevent the wrong opening of the valve and the high pressure gas should be put into the electric furnace. When the safety film needs to be replaced due to damage, the same specification should be applied, and it is forbidden to replace it at will;
2) when the circuit breaks down and appears automatic trip or fuse fusing, or the temperature does not rise after power-on, the electrician should be asked to check and repair;
3) the temperature control instrument should be checked regularly to ensure its sensitivity and accuracy. The furnace temperature is out of control due to instrument failure. The relay and so on should be cleaned and dedusted regularly to avoid moisture;
4) the non-charged metal parts of the electric furnace (Shell, bracket, etc.) should be reliably grounded;
5) Be careful not to make the temperature of the furnace shell too high (the temperature rise exceeds 60℃), in order to avoid the power line aging or insulation damage;
6) the insulation resistance of the electric furnace which has not been used for a long time must be checked before use, and measured with 500 v megohmmeter, which should not be less than 0.38MΩ. Insulation Resistance should also be measured before the thunderstorm season every year;
7) operators should receive knowledge training on safe electricity utilization.
