The products of air separation plant have various specifications due to different outputs, varieties and forms. For the convenience of identification, a unified product model code has been compiled domestically. It consists of pinyin letters and numbers. The first (or one or two) letter represents the product category; the second letter represents the process and structural characteristics; the following is the symbol of the product's chemical elements; the number represents the production of various products, for gas, they all refer to the volume under the standard state (0℃, 0.101325MPa); the last is the variant design number.
The equipment matched with the air separation plant also has the corresponding model. For example, the type of distillation column: FON-6000/13000 indicates: F-distillation column: ON-oxygen nitrogen products; 6000-oxygen production, m3/H; 13000-nitrogen yield, m3/h Model of liquefaction equipment: YPON--200/300 means Y-liquefaction device; P-expansion machine; ON-oxygen nitrogen products; 200-liquid oxygen production L/h; 300-liquid nitrogen production L/h.
