Team spirit, simply speaking, is the concentrated reflection of the overall awareness, cooperation spirit and service spirit. The small success depends on the individual, the big success depends on the team, there is no perfect individual only the perfect team, the enterprise to become bigger and stronger is the team. I. A team must have a clear common vision

III. A team must have the core of leadership
There must be a decision-making leader in a team. The boss must have absolute rights. You can't talk to me, but you advise me to think. Without a unified idea and a core leader, this team is not a good team.
IV. The sense of mission and values of the team

V. Team members must trust each other
