Why do we need to balance the pressure when the molecular sieve adsorber is switching: (1) when the molecular sieve adsorber is switching, we need to balance the pressure first to ensure the smooth operation of the whole device. When the molecular sieve adsorber is switching, if the pressure is uneven, then in order to fill the inner space of the container, the air flow and pressure of the device will fluctuate suddenly. (2) In addition, if the molecular sieve adsorber which is going to be put into use does not carry out uniform pressure first, it will be strongly impacted by the air when switching, which will deform or even damage the barrier. Aluminum glue and molecular sieve also rub and squeeze each other because of the impact. After producing dust particles, they enter the internal channel of the absorbant, causing blocking and reducing the adsorption efficiency. Therefore, the molecular sieve adsorber must be under average pressure before switching.
