Dill Air Separation closely follows the nation's high-quality development strategy of "innovation, intelligence, and green transition," serving the national strategy of "zero-carbon green chemical industry" with its "8th-generation intelligent air separation technology." Recently, Dill Air Separation, with over two decades of expertise in gas separation, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Saihong Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. This collaboration focuses on Tianjin's first biomass-based green methanol manufacturing project, precisely addressing the gas supply needs of integrated bamboo alcohol production. Centered on technological synergy, the partnership aims to advance high-quality project development, injecting new momentum into regional green energy transformation.

As the project construction party, Saihong Environment is entrusted with the mission of building a demonstration project for the entire biomass green methanol industry chain. The project focuses on achieving a zero-carbon circular economy loop centered on Phragmites, requiring an efficient and low-carbon gas separation and operation maintenance system. With deep industry expertise, Delair Air Separation has tailored solutions around three core aspects—plant, high-efficiency operation, and energy-saving carbon reduction—to support the project in overcoming key challenges in integrated bamboo-methanol production.

Among numerous competitors, the intelligent blue shore system independently developed by Dier Air Separation has become the core competitiveness. This system relies on the independently developed vertical large model and intelligent agent of the air separation industry, integrating modules such as intelligent control, robot inspection, and fault warning.
