Factors affecting oxygen yield adjust the angle of distillation working condition, adjust the yield of the methods are:
(1) Reasonable adjustment of the expansion volume and liquid-air, liquid oxygen adjustment valve opening, so that the liquid oxygen surface is stable.
(2) Adjust the purity of liquid air and liquid nitrogen, the lower tower distillation is the basis of the upper tower, the changes in the amount of liquid air and liquid nitrogen taken out will affect the purity of liquid air and liquid nitrogen, and will affect the reflux ratio of the distillation section of the upper tower. If the amount of liquid nitrogen taken out is too small, although the nitrogen purity is very high, the reflux liquid provided to the distillation section is too small, which will reduce the purity of nitrogen, and at this time, due to the low concentration of oxygen in the liquid air, it will result in the decrease of oxygen purity and the decrease of oxygen production. Therefore, the best distillation condition of the lower tower should be to increase the removal volume as much as possible under the condition that the purity of the liquid nitrogen meets the requirements, so as to provide more reflux liquid for the distillation section of the upper tower on the one hand, and on the other hand, to increase the concentration of oxygen in the liquid air, so as to alleviate the burden of the distillation of the upper tower, and so as to improve the oxygen yield. It should be noted here that the adjustment of liquid nitrogen purity to use liquid nitrogen adjustment valve, can not use the lower tower of liquid nitrogen reflux valve, reflux valve in normal circumstances should be fully open.
(3) Adjust the distillation conditions of the upper tower, and strive to improve the average nitrogen purity. The average nitrogen purity marks the size of the oxygen loss rate. And the average nitrogen purity depends on the purity of dirty nitrogen, because the amount of dirty nitrogen accounts for a large proportion.
