For users with external activation conditions, follow the following steps:

1) Firstly, thoroughly activate the molecular sieve to be filled and wait for filling;

2) Disassemble the air inlet pipe and filter pipe at the top of the purifier preparing to load the molecular sieve;

3) Load the activated molecular sieve into the container until it is full, and note the amount of molecular sieve filled. In order to fill tightly, a wooden hammer can be used to strike the head of the cylinder;

4) After installing the molecular sieve, reinstall the pipeline, filter tube, and valve. And it should be noted that the screws connecting the flange should be tightened evenly and symmetrically; The valve needs to be degreased and packed properly; The packing of the nitrogen heating valve should also be made of high-temperature resistant expanded graphite or asbestos wire.

For users without external activation conditions, the molecular sieve can be directly loaded into the purifier after removing the powder. The loading steps and precautions are the same as those in 2), 3), and 4) above, except that the newly replaced molecular sieve can only be used after regeneration in the device.

DEAR Air Separation has rich project engineering experience and continuously utilizes innovative technologies to optimize equipment energy conservation and safety. It is a major manufacturer and gas supplier of air separation equipment in China.

The non-power consuming option for liquid air separation plants can be used for full liquid air separation plants,where the produced liquid is sold off. This approach is currently available for most LNG receiving stations. For air separation units with a large cold capacity, the liquid air can be pressurised to 6baA in a vacuum storage tank, and then heat exchanged through a heat exchanger, instead of the air compressor, directly into the cold box for distillation. At the same time in the cold b...

1. Before connecting the pipe orifice of each container, clean white cloth shall be used to tie the orifice to prevent grease and dirt from entering. 2. When welding in the cold box and in the condensing evaporator, it is strictly forbidden for flame or arc to touch the surface of vessels and pipes. 3. The containers, valves, pipes and corresponding supports in the cold box, the surface of the cold box and the foundation surface shall not be stained with grease after installation, otherwise, degreasing treatment shall be carried out.
