For users with external activation conditions, follow the following steps:

1) Firstly, thoroughly activate the molecular sieve to be filled and wait for filling;

2) Disassemble the air inlet pipe and filter pipe at the top of the purifier preparing to load the molecular sieve;

3) Load the activated molecular sieve into the container until it is full, and note the amount of molecular sieve filled. In order to fill tightly, a wooden hammer can be used to strike the head of the cylinder;

4) After installing the molecular sieve, reinstall the pipeline, filter tube, and valve. And it should be noted that the screws connecting the flange should be tightened evenly and symmetrically; The valve needs to be degreased and packed properly; The packing of the nitrogen heating valve should also be made of high-temperature resistant expanded graphite or asbestos wire.

For users without external activation conditions, the molecular sieve can be directly loaded into the purifier after removing the powder. The loading steps and precautions are the same as those in 2), 3), and 4) above, except that the newly replaced molecular sieve can only be used after regeneration in the device.

Shell and tube air separation heat exchanger is the most representative wall heat exchanger. It has a long history of application and is still dominant in all heat exchangers. Shell and tube heat exchanger is mainly composed of shell, tube bundle, tube sheet and head. Most of the shell is round, and there are parallel tube bundles inside. Both ends of the tube bundle are fixed on the tube plate. In shell and tube heat exchanger, there are two kinds of fluids for heat exchange. One kind of fluid flows in the tube, and its stroke is called tube side. The other flows outside the tube and its stroke is called shell side. The wall of tube bundle is the heat transfer surface. In order to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid outside the tube, a certain number of transverse baffles are usually installed in the shell. The baffle can not only prevent the short circuit of the fluid and increase the velocity of the fluid, but also force the fluid to flow through the tube bundle man
