When receiving gas cylinders from users, the following inspections and records should be made:
1) Inspect the outer surface of the gas cylinder for cracks, dents, bends, and poor verticality, as well as for signs of burns, arc injuries, and severe corrosion. Whether the paint color meets the requirements;
2) Check whether the bottle valve meets the requirements and whether there are any bending, deformation, cracks, etc;
3) Check if the inspection cycle (last pressure test time of the steel cylinder) has expired or exceeded. Find out the reasons for overdue but not inspected items;
4) Comprehensive inspection and registration should be conducted on imported new bottles;
5) Ask the user about the original medium and residual pressure situation;
6) For gas cylinders that are modified by users themselves and do not comply with regulations, the reasons should be identified;
7) Check whether the gas cylinder manufacturer holds a national production license;
8) Check whether the nominal working pressure is suitable for the corresponding pressure level of the medium;
9) Check if the gas cylinder has been scrapped after leaving the factory for 15 periods;
10) Check if the original wall thickness meets the requirements;
11) Check if oxygen cylinders and cylinder valves are contaminated by oil;
12) For incomplete or incorrect use of safety accessories, users should be consulted to identify the cause;
13) For unclear or incomplete steel seal markings, registration should be checked and users should be consulted. And require users to provide original documents for verification.
