When the air volume decreases, the rising steam volume and reflux liquid volume in the tower decrease, but the reflux ratio remains unchanged. Under normal conditions, it has little effect on the purity of oxygen and nitrogen products. According to the material balance, when the amount of processing air decreases, the output of oxygen and nitrogen will decrease accordingly.

When the gas volume decreases, the steam flow rate decreases, the liquid volume on the tray also decreases, and the liquid layer thins, so the tray resistance decreases. At the same time, as the main cooling and heating load is reduced, the heat transfer area is rich, and the heat transfer temperature difference can also be reduced. These effects will help to reduce the pressure of the upper and lower towers.

When the gas volume is reduced too much, the liquid on the sieve hole may not be held due to the low gas velocity, and the liquid will leak directly from the sieve hole, resulting in liquid leakage. The leaked liquid does not fully contact with the steam, part of the evaporation is not sufficient, and the nitrogen concentration is high. This will greatly reduce the distillation effect, affect the purity of product oxygen and nitrogen, and even fail to maintain normal production in serious cases. Therefore, the minimum allowable load value is specified for the distillation column, which is related to the structural type of the tray and the selection of parameters during design.

DEAR Air Separation is committed to building a complete set of high-quality air separation equipment with advanced technology, reliable quality and high cost performance.

Generally, the main reason for the vibration of piston type oxygen compressor is the action of alternating load. There are two kinds of alternating loads: one is the unbalanced inertia force, the other is the interference force caused by the strong gas pressure pulse in the gas pipeline caused by the discontinuous gas supply of the compressor. The vibration caused by unbalanced inertia force can be eliminated and reduced from the structure of the machine itself. The specific methods are as follows: reasonably arrange the crank stagger angle; properly select the mass configuration of reciprocating parts. In addition, the basic design and manufacturing process of the compressor should also strictly comply with the technical specifications. For the vibration caused by air flow pressure pulse, a buffer can be installed near the cylinder exhaust pipe nozzle; the appropriate installation position of orifice plate should be selected on the gas flow channel; the shock absorber should be

Biogas purification is the removal of impurity components from biogas to make high quality CH4 with high methane content, calorific value and impurity gas components that meet the requirements of natural gas standards. The biogas produced by the anaerobic fermentation process contains approximately 55% CH4 and 45% CO2, as well as small amounts of H2S, H2O and other gaseous components, which can be increased to over 95% by separation and purificat...
