How to deal with water mixed with lubricating oil

When water is mixed into the lubricating oil, it is easy to form emulsions and reduce the viscosity of the lubricating oil. The oil used for the air compressor cylinder will also form steam during the working process, which will break through the lubricating oil film and accelerate the cylinder wear. The commonly used purification methods are as follows. The simplest method is to heat the lubricating oil in the sedimentation tank to about 90 ℃ and precipitate for 3-4 hours; It can also distill lubricating oil and remove water; The most common method is to use oil-water separator to separate oil and water by centrifugal force.

The DEAR Air Separation Design and Research Department is cooperating with universities at home and abroad in materials science, fluid mechanics, engineering structure and other aspects to establish a scientific research exchange mechanism, and truly become a technical development institution combining academic achievements and production practice in the air separation industry. Lu Hongtai, the project leader of this achievement conversion project, is a senior engineer, a member of the Expert Committee of Gas Separation, and now the chief engineer of our company. In the past three years, he has been responsible for the research and development of 2 scientific research projects above the municipal level and obtained 4 patents. He is a senior expert in the field of air separation and energy design.

What is included in the detection of gas cold box of air separation equipment?

Lean alloy steel is often used in special pressure-bearing equipment. The alloying elements often added include manganese, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, vanadium, boron and rare earth elements. Most of silicon and manganese melt into ferrite, only a small amount into cementite, which are commonly used strengthening elements in lean alloy steel. The amount of chromium and nickel is generally small, and the main role of chromium and nickel is to increase the undercooling degree of austenite and refine the microstructure. Part of chromium is dissolved in ferrite and some in cementite, which can improve the stability of cementite. Molybdenum is dissolved in ferrite slightly, and has the effect of solid solution strengthening. It is a strong carbide forming element, which can improve the high temperature strength of steel and improve the temper brittleness.
