Precautions before startup of liquid oxygen pump

Before starting the liquid oxygen pump, the following preparations shall be made: blow off the residual water or oxygen with normal temperature dry gas for 10-20 minutes; Short term power supply, check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct, and reverse rotation will reduce the flow and head of the pump; Fully precool the pump, and turn the pump to check whether it can rotate flexibly; During startup, gradually open the inlet valve of the liquid oxygen pump and open the steam vent valve until the liquid oxygen is discharged.
