During normal operation, the rising steam has a certain speed when passing through the small hole, which can hold the liquid on the fractionating tower tray and prevent the liquid from leaking from the small hole, but can only flow along the tray, and then flow to the next tray through the overflow bucket. After shutdown, due to the interruption of rising steam, the liquid on the tray loses the supporting force of rising steam, and is left to the bottom successively from the sieve holes of each tray and stored in the condensation evaporator and liquid kettle. Therefore, during temporary shutdown, liquid oxygen and liquid air level will rise, even exceeding the position of expansion air and oxygen outlet pipe orifice, which is easy to cause liquid carrying accident of expander or cold end of switching heat exchanger during restart. Therefore, pay attention to the position of liquid level during temporary shutdown, and discharge some liquid if necessary.

Intelligent manufacturing is not an optional path, but an inevitable path, an inevitable trend of manufacturing development, and an inevitable direction of meeting social needs. The traditional production mode cannot be solved and the previous technical means cannot support it. Intelligent manufacturing needs a technical system support. In order to build its own intelligent production line and attract high-end talents, DEAR Air Separation has established an intelligent team with doctors as its members to make bold innovation and improvement on the manufacturing process of existing air separation equipment, realizing a leap in intelligent automation of air separation manufacturing.

The working pressure of the high-pressure oxygen compressor used for filling bottles is high, and it is easy to cause cylinder burning accidents due to improper operation and management. In order to prevent this kind of accidents from happening, the following matters should be paid attention to when using and maintaining: 1) for the parts of the oxygen compressor, the maintenance tools and the hands of the maintenance personnel must be strictly skim and cleaned, finally, clean the carbon tetrachluene thoroughly. When pulling out the piston for overhaul, special attention should be paid to clear the oil stain at the bottom of the piston rod in case of stain the seal. When the sealer and scraper are worn out, they should be replaced in time to prevent them from being oiled; 2) the distilled water used for lubrication must not be interrupted. Distilled water tank should be more than 2m higher than cylinder head, and water level gauge and dripping device should be easy to monitor. The a...

Nitrogen is a colourless, odourless, non-toxic and non-flammable gas at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, which is chemically stable and hardly reacts with other substances. Nitrogen is often used as a protective gas in a wide range of industries. There are several main methods of producing nitrogen. One of these is molecular sieve nitrogen in air (variable pressure adsorption), which is ...
