Liquid oxygen is a strong combustion supporting substance, and its pressure is very high during gasification and bottle filling, so special safety measures should be taken during system configuration:
1) The liquid inlet pipe and gas return pipe connected between the pump and the storage tank shall be equipped with emergency shut-off valves, which shall be interlocked with the pump, so that in case of an accident, the liquid and gas sources can be cut off from a long distance in time, and the liquid pump can be stopped in an emergency;
2) The outlet of liquid oxygen pump shall be equipped with overpressure alarm and interlock pump stop device;
3) The oxygen header behind the high-pressure vaporizer shall be equipped with temperature indication and temperature alarm devices to prevent liquid oxygen from entering the cylinder and causing accidents;
4) Steel plates with a thickness of more than 5mm shall be set around the liquid oxygen pump to form a protective separation wall;
5) The shaft seal of liquid oxygen pump shall be equipped with nitrogen protection gas pipe;
6) The filling manifold shall be filled with a new type of metal hose with anti misplacement connector, and it is strictly prohibited to use hoses made of other materials. High pressure valves and pipelines shall be provided with O-ring made of copper wire;
7) The busbar shall be connected with an overpressure audible and visual alarm device;
8) The number of bottles filled in the manifold is determined by the filling volume and filling speed of the pump to prevent excessive flow rate.
