Liquid oxygen products are extracted from the condensing evaporator, compressed to the required pressure by the liquid oxygen pump, and then reheated and gasified by the heat exchanger before being supplied to the user. This process is the internal compression process of liquid oxygen. Because the oxygen channel of the heat exchanger in the internal compression process has to bear high pressure, the cost of the heat exchanger has increased, but the cost of the liquid oxygen pump is much cheaper than that of the oxygen compressor. Considering the cost factors, the cost of internal compression process is not higher than that of external compression process. The important thing is that liquid oxygen is continuously discharged from the main cooling, and the safety of the equipment is better than that of extracting gas oxygen from the bottom of the upper tower. Moreover, the compression of liquid oxygen is also safer than that of gas oxygen. At present, internal compression process is widely used internationally.

DEAR air separation equipment data acquisition team will do a good job of early warning on the operation status of the air separation equipment in advance, and conduct detailed data acquisition on the monitored objects, including product operation signals, operation data, output information, system parameters, fault signals, trend signals, and video key signals processed by manual control and machine control software, so as to provide customers with more timely and accurate technical support, Find the possible problems in the operation of the equipment as soon as possible, and eliminate the problems in time.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...

Distillation is using the different boiling points of the two substances to condense the mixed steam and vaporize the mixed liquid repeatedly to achieve gas separation. For a mixed liquid composed of two substances with different boiling points, when the heat absorption part evaporates, the volatile components will evaporate more, while the mixed steam will give off heat and partially condense, the non volatile components will condense more. If the saturated steam with higher temperature is mixed with the saturated liquid with lower temperature, the steam will release heat and partially condense, and the liquid will absorb heat part of it evaporates. If after a round of partial evaporation and partial condensation, the steam and liquid with higher concentration will contact with the steam and liquid with different temperature respectively, and then partial condensation and partial evaporation will occur again. This process will be repeated for many times, and finally gas separation
