1、 The requirements for the internal pipeline of fractionation in air separation unit are as follows:
- The pipeline shall be able to expand and contract freely and avoid external stress and welding stress;
- The distance between the outer walls of the cold and heat pipes shall not be less than 200 mm for each pipe; the distance between the outer walls of the cold pipes laid along the wall of the cold insulation box and the box shall not be less than 300 mm; The distance between the outer wall of the cold pipe and the upper surface of the fractionator foundation shall not be less than 300 mm;
- After the liquid discharge pipe is connected with the equipment, it should be tilted upward and bent into a Ω shape to the discharge valve within the range of about 300 mm near the wall of the cold insulation box (hot area). The height of the Ω shape should be 6-10 times of the outer diameter of the pipe to prevent frosting of the valve. The heating pipe, blowing pipe and safety valve pipe connected with the liquid container can also be piped according to the above method;
- The gas purge pipe should be 1 / 10 in general, and the gradient should be inclined to the direction of the purge valve. There should be no concave dead zone to prevent water freezing in the pipe.
2、 Requirements for expander of air separation unit before cold test:
- The lubrication system and cooling system should be clean and unblocked;
- The name, model, main performance and quantity of the lubricating oil to be filled shall comply with the provisions of the technical documents of the equipment;
- Instruments and electrical devices should be adjusted correctly;
- The direction of the motor should meet the requirements of the expander;
- The safety device should be correct and reliable;
- The adjusting mechanism of moving parts and guide vanes should be flexible without blocking;
- Seal gas should be connected.
