Small air separation unitmolecular sieve adsorbent to meet the conditions of the better adsorbent is the commonly used silica gel, activated alumina, aluminium gel and molecular sieve adsorbent.
1, silica gel, is a hard amorphous chain and mesh structure of silicate polymer particles, for a hydrophilic polar adsorbent. It can adsorb large amounts of water. When silica gel adsorbs moisture in the gas, it can reach 50% of its own weight, while in the air flow at 60% relative humidity, the moisture absorption can also reach 24% of its weight. The heat of adsorption is so great that it can cause the silica gel to rise to 100°C and cause it to break. Silica gel is divided into fine pore silica gel and coarse pore silica gel.
2、Activated alumina, it is the hydride of alumina. Activated alumina is different from silica gel, not only contains amorphous gel, but also contains hydroxide crystals formed by the steel skeleton structure, thus very stable, it is non-toxic solid particles, immersed in water will not soften, swell or crumble, wear-resistant impact resistance.
3, molecular sieve oxygen machine application of molecular sieve for zeolite molecular sieve. It is a crystalline silica, aluminate polyhydric compound. The molecular sieve has a uniform pore size and has a sieving effect on the molecules.
DEAR has manufacturing experience in small air separation unit, large air separation unit and liquid air separation plant according to the actual requirements and specific design solutions.

The liquefaction of gases can be divided into forward and reverse cycles. The forward cycle process is the absorption of heat from the higher temperature external heat source and the release of heat to the lower temperature external heat source. The reverse cycle is when the mass draws heat from a lower temperature external heat source and releases it to a higher temperature external heat source. The forward cycle converts heat energy into mechanical energy and the reverse cycle converts mechani...
