In order to reduce the cold loss caused by improper piping arrangement in the cold box, the following points should be noted when piping in the cold box.
1, the pipelines can not touch each other, hot and cold pipes should be left a certain distance.
2, a variety of liquid pipeline or cold tube should be as close as possible to the internal cold container, gas pipeline arrangement in the liquid pipeline outside.
3, gas pipeline from the wall of the cold box should be a certain distance.
4、The liquid discharge pipeline should take measures to prevent the liquid from continuously vaporizing and increasing the cold loss.
