The nitrogen water pre-cooler is a room temperature heat exchanger, installed outside the holding tank. It generally has two roles. One is to use the unsaturated degree of dirty nitrogen to cool the water, in the process air by water cooling, so that both the temperature of the air and the moisture content of the air can be reduced.
