1, the process liquid argon pump must wait for the main tower system to be adjusted.
2, the process liquid argon pump must be to the bottom of the crude argon tower liquid level to reach the design of the liquid level before starting.
3, start the process liquid argon pump before the Ar condenser should retain a certain liquid level.
4, adjust the pure stage should first adjust the Ar purity and then adjust the Ar output.
5, crude argon tower I, II should be depending on the respective resistance value and argon fraction containing Ar gradually increase the load, at the same time must pay attention to the O2, N2 content of the gas pumped from the top of the crude argon tower II.
6, the valve should be depending on the crude argon gas containing O2, N2 amount gradually and slowly open large. Adjust the valve opening to control the resistance of the pure argon tower, at the same time to control the amount is not too large.
7, adjust the pure stage should first ensure that the main tower system purity is not damaged. The pure stage must pay close attention to the analysis value of each analysis point, depending on the specific situation to adjust.
8、The output of the Ar system must be changed with the change of the processing gas volume.
