The specification range of commonly used welded steel pipes is 6 to 150mm nominal diameter

Seamless steel pipes, which are also the most used in industrial pipelines, have the largest variety of specifications.

The types of steel pipes are divided into two main categories: seamless steel pipes for fluid transport and seamless steel pipes with special features. The former is a steel pipe commonly used in process pipelines, the latter, such as boiler tubes, cracking furnace tubes and heat exchangers with steel tubes.

Steel pipes can be divided by material: carbon seamless steel pipes, chromium-molybdenum seamless steel pipes and stainless, acid-resistant seamless steel pipes.

Steel pipes can be divided by nominal pressure: low pressure (0 ≤ 1.0MPa), medium pressure (1.0 < 10MPa =, high pressure (≥ 10MPa) three categories.

The process piping of small air separation unit is commonly used in seamless steel pipes for fluid transportation, mainly divided into carbon seamless steel pipes and high pressure seamless steel pipes. Carbon seamless steel pipes are widely used for conveying various media that are not corrosive to steel, such as conveying steam, oxygen, compressed air, oil and oil and gas. High pressure seamless steel tubes are mostly used in petrochemical plants, commonly used to transport raw material gas, hydrogen and nitrogen, synthesis gas, water vapour, high pressure condensate and other media.

Dear air separation production design and welding of various steel pipes oxygen piping, high quality to meet the application of small air separation unit, to protect the design and installation and safe operation of small air separation units, large air separation units and liquid air separation plants.

In the main column of the air separation column, the distribution of argon varies with the position of the liquid air inlet. With the increase of liquid air inlet position, the maximum concentration of argon enrichment zone in the stripping section also increases, and the nitrogen content in the distillate can be reduced. However, the argon content in the downstream also increases. In order to ensure the purity of oxygen, more trays are needed under the extraction port of argon fraction. Therefore, in the case of producing argon, the position of liquid air supply E1 should be appropriately increased compared with the case of not producing argon. Some unit is equipped with two liquid air inlet positions to meet the conditions of argon production and non argon production respectively. In the production of argon, in order to improve the extraction rate of argon, the content of argon in oxygen and nitrogen must be reduced. When the content of argon in exhaust nitrogen is more than 0.3%
