3. According to the current situation of the circulating water system, try to increase the concentration multiple operation to save water and medicine. If the concentration multiplier is greater than 4, open up the drainage water and supplement clean water to make the concentration multiplier less than 4.

4、Control of total phosphorus in circulating cooling water. According to the performance characteristics of scale and corrosion inhibitors, the total phosphorus value in circulating cooling water in the range of 6~10mg is appropriate.

(1) If the discharge water is large, the total phosphorus is low, it is appropriate to add scale and corrosion inhibitor, so that the total phosphorus up to the required indicators, and adjust the discharge water.

(2) If the normal discharge of circulating water system, but the total phosphorus is low, it is necessary to analyze and check whether the drug is invalid or deviation is too large. After eliminating the above reasons, increase the amount of dosing, so that the total phosphorus up to the index requirements.

(3) If the total phosphorus in circulating water is greater than 10mg, no scale and corrosion inhibitor will be added.
