Water evaporation, wind-blown losses and other situations occurring in industrial circulating cooling water system operation, resulting in the continuous concentration of circulating water, then the salts contained therein exceed the standard, anions and cations increase, PH value changes significantly, resulting in the deterioration of water quality. The temperature of the circulating water rises and the PH value and nutrients increase, which is conducive to the reproduction of microorganisms.

Secondly, the cooling tower is an ideal place for algae to grow due to sufficient sunlight. And water cooling towers require circulating water treatment due to scaling and corrosion and microorganisms.

In many industrial sectors heat transfer media are required to transfer heat to the natural environment in time for the production process to run properly, as a large amount of waste heat is generated. Due to the excellent heat transfer properties of natural water and its low cost and abundance, water is often used as a heat transfer medium for industrial waste heat. In industrial production it is called cooling water. Industrial cooling water occupies a large amount of industrial water. Cooling water in addition to raising the temperature of the physical and chemical properties of cooling water is not very significant changes, if appropriate cooling measures are taken to form a recycling system, the recycling system is an important way to save industrial water.

The recycling system is a cooling water system that uses water as the cooling medium and recycles it. It consists mainly of liquid air separation plant cooling equipment, pumps and pipes. Cold water flows through the production equipment that needs to be cooled (often called liquid air separation plant heat exchange equipment, such as heat exchangers condensers, reactors), the temperature rises, if used immediately after the discharge of cold water only once called DC cooling water system. So that the warming cold water flowing through the liquid air separation plant cooling equipment then the water temperature back down, can be pumped back to the liquid air separation plant production equipment used again, the amount of cold water is greatly reduced, often can save more than 95%. Cooling water accounts for around 70% of industrial water consumption.

The cooling water system for liquid air separation plants designed by Deere Air can help customers to save a lot of industrial water.
