After refrigeration, of course, liquid air can be used as the cooling source to provide the condenser with cold quantity to organize the deep cooling air separation process. However, it is difficult to choose heating to reboiler. Most of the commonly known substances are solid state and cannot be used as heat carrier under the condition of deep cooling. Of course, electric heating is not available, and the only option is pressurized air. Once pressurized air is selected as the heat source of reboiler, the pressurized air will liquefy into liquid air when it provides heat to reboiler. After decompression, it can provide cold source to condenser, but it is a kind of closed heat pump distillation process with air as circulating working medium. This is a single tower deep cold air separation process which can realize complete separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Nitrogen and oxygen can also be used as circulating working medium to organize the deep cooling air separation process. If the process of deep cooling air separation with nitrogen as the circulating working medium is analyzed, it can be found that the condenser is redundant and harmful, and can be cancelled completely. The cancelled process is the new single tower process.
