The partial pressure, temperature and flow rate of water, carbon dioxide, acetylene and other hydrocarbons in the air entering the molecular sieve purifier will affect the adsorption capacity of the purification system. The higher the flow rate, the shorter the contact time of water and carbon dioxide with molecular sieve, the smaller the dynamic adsorption capacity and the shorter the conversion aging time of molecular sieve. Considering the aging of molecular sieve, the action time of switching valve, the inflation and deflation time and other factors, the actual switching time is less than the conversion aging time.
