The cold box packaging is to reasonably divide the functional modules in the design, complete the equipment manufacturing in the factory, and complete the product delivery in the form of modularization. Compared with the equipment parts leaving factory and on-site installation, the overall cold box can make full use of the perfect hardware facilities and good construction environment in the manufacturing plant, greatly reduce the on-site workload, improve the product quality control, speed up the construction progress and reduce the manufacturing cost.
The cold box of the high purity nitrogen air separation plant wholly delivered includes distillation tower, condensing evaporator, heat exchanger, valves, etc., which are connected through pipelines. This requires that the factors such as transportation conditions and installation convenience should be fully considered in the design, and the products should be delivered to users in the form of modularization by reasonable design and manufacture.
The design idea should ensure that the cold box with assembled delivery can fully meet the technical performance requirements of the complete set of air separation units; the calculation of the technological process should meet the special requirements of the whole cold box; and the feasibility and advanced nature of the cold box planning and arrangement should be ensured. On the premise of ensuring the performance, the process flow of the unit and the design calculation of the unit equipment are optimized to make the unit equipment structure meet the special requirements of integral delivery, and ensure that all technical indexes meet the requirements.
Through the optimization design, the cold box assembly of air separation unit can be more compact, the field workload and the installation cost can be reduced, and the product quality can be higher.
