How to operate the all-low-voltage capturing machine when it encounters emergency power failure?

Full low pressure oxygen generatorIn case of emergency power failure, the first task is to open the air release valve at the end of the air compressor and close the valve that air enters the distillation column quickly, in case that the air compressor reverses compressed air and burns the bearing because of the failure of the outlet check valve of the air compressor. Follow these steps:
1) turn the switching mechanism from automatic to manual, and close the forced Valve and average pressure switching valve of air entering the tower. Open the sewage nitrogen vent valve.
2) cut off the solenoid valve of the expansion machine, and close the inlet regulating valve of the expansion machine and the inlet and outlet valves of the expansion machine.
3) close the regulating valve of liquid, liquid nitrogen and sewage nitrogen.
4) turn off all the oxygen and nitrogen products and send them out of the valve, and open the vent valve, then put the three-way valve of dirt and nitrogen in the vent side.
5) turn off all the inflated air to enter the disc valve of the upper tower, and open the bypass valve.
6) close the oxygen regulating disc valve, and fully open the dirt nitrogen and pure nitrogen regulating disc valve.
7) turn off the steam gas source of the steam heater.
8) cut off the power switch of the electrical equipment and make it in the starting position.
After finding out the cause of the power failure and eliminating the failure, be ready to start the car.
