Good news came from Shandong on January 13, 2017. On the occasion of the coming of the new year, DEAR air separation and Shandong Kenli Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kenli petrochemical"), based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, once again, we signed the supply contract of the matching KDON-300/3000 (100Y) air separation for the comprehensive utilization project of 1.2 million tons/naphtha.
It is reported that the comprehensive utilization project of 1.2 million tons/year takes direct-current naphtha produced by crude oil pretreatment unit, coking naphtha produced by delayed coking unit and hydrocracking tha produced by wax oil relief hydrocracking unit as raw materials, it can solve the problems of raw material pretreatment of 3 million tons/year of Kenli petrochemical, two sets of 800,000 tons/year delayed coking units and 1.3 million tons/year wax oil relief hydrocracking units, and the deep processing and comprehensive utilization of naphtha. The implementation of the project will be beneficial to the improvement of the processing scale of crude oil of Kenli petrochemical and the full play of the production equipment efficiency of the whole plant. Meanwhile, it expands the development space of oil products processing and improves the comprehensive economic benefits of products and the level of clean and green production. It will lay a solid foundation for promoting the upgrading of oil quality, arranging the production of oil products of the sixth national country in advance and the long-term development of DEAR air separation.
This is the second cooperation between DEAR air separation and Shandong Kenli petrochemical, which is the trust and support of Kenli Petrochemical. DEAR air separation will provide fine air separation for Kenli petrochemical with great care and concentration.
