1. Turnkey General Contracting: it refers to the general contracting of design, procurement and construction. The general contractor finally submits an engineering project that meets the use function and has the use condition to the users.
2. General contracting of design and construction: it means that the general contracting enterprise undertakes the design and construction of the project according to the contract, and is fully responsible for the quality, safety, time limit and cost of the contracted project.
3. General contracting of construction and transfer: it refers to the general contracting of the whole process of project exploration, design, procurement, construction and trial operation of the project entrusted by the users with the ability of investment and financing; at the same time, the general contractor of the project undertakes all the investment of the project by itself, and after the project is completed and accepted and delivered for use, the user shall pay the general contract money to the general contractor of the project.
